Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child from 3 to 7 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All children under 3 years stay free of charge for cots.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.
Service charge is included.
EUR 1.50 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Meal Plan: Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.
Lunch costs EUR 8.50 per person.
Dinner costs EUR 8.50 per person.

Parking: Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.
